Because each Abbate & Co. gift is thoughtfully curated and custom made, all sales are final. We take great care in selecting high-quality items, assembling each box by hand, and packaging it beautifully for shipping — ensuring your gift arrives just as intended.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If there is ever an issue with your order — such as an item arriving damaged, incorrect, or missing — please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrived damaged or missing, we’ll happily replace the item or offer a suitable alternative when available. In certain cases, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations
Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed, we are not able to accommodate cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
