How far in advance should I place my order?
For custom orders, we recommend reaching out at least 1–2 weeks in advance — especially around the holidays. For bulk or corporate orders, even more lead time is appreciated so we can ensure every detail is just right.
What’s included in each gift box?
Each box is curated by hand with premium items selected to match the occasion and recipient. Think artisan treats, luxurious spa items, wine or drink accessories, and little touches that surprise and delight.
Can I include a handwritten note or branded message with my gift?
Yes! Every gift includes a handwritten or printed card with your custom message. For corporate clients, we can also include branded items or custom stationery — just let us know!
Do you ship nationwide?
We sure do! Abbate & Co. ships across the U.S. with care. All our boxes are packed to arrive beautifully and safely, just as we intended.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup in Arizona?
We’re based in Arizona and offer local pickup or hand delivery on a case-by-case basis. If you’re nearby, just mention it in your order or inquiry form.
